Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BSurefy Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering quality and satisfaction. This policy explains our approach to cancellations and refunds for our IT services and Lagnya-related offerings. We encourage you to read this policy before engaging our services.
1. IT Services — Cancellation
Cancellation of a project is possible at any stage, subject to the following conditions:
- Before work has commenced: Full refund of any advance paid, minus a 10% administrative processing fee.
- After work has commenced (up to 30%): 50% of the advance paid is refundable. Partial deliverables completed will be handed over.
- After significant work (30%–70% complete): No refund on advance; client retains all work completed to date.
- After majority of work (70%+): No refund. Full remaining balance may be due depending on the project agreement.
* Percentage of completion is determined at BSurefy's reasonable discretion based on work logs and deliverables.
2. IT Services — Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- BSurefy is unable to commence the project within 30 days of payment without prior communication
- A deliverable is substantially different from the agreed specifications
- A technical error on our part results in data loss or project failure
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Change of mind after work has commenced
- Delays caused by the client (late feedback, missing content, scope changes)
- Dissatisfaction due to subjective design preferences after approved revisions are exhausted
- Third-party costs (domain, hosting, APIs, licenses) — these are non-refundable
3. Lagnya — Vendor & Couple Users
Lagnya is currently an informational marketplace platform. At this stage:
- Browsing and discovery on Lagnya is free for couples — no payment, no refund applicable
- Vendor listing fees (when applicable) are non-refundable once the listing has been published and is live
- If a vendor listing is rejected or removed due to policy violations, no refund will be issued
4. How to Request a Refund
To raise a refund or cancellation request:
- Email us at bsurefy@gmail.com with your project name, invoice number and reason for the request
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
- We will review and communicate our decision within 7 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days via the original payment method
5. Dispute Resolution
We believe most issues can be resolved through direct communication. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us first — we will make every reasonable effort to find a fair resolution before any formal dispute process.
