1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, contacting us for services, or using Lagnya, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into these terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services Provided

BSurefy Pvt. Ltd. provides the following services:

• IT Services: Web development, mobile app development, software development, UI/UX design, graphic design and video editing.
• Lagnya: An informational and marketplace platform connecting couples with wedding vendors across India.

All services are subject to a separate project agreement or service contract that will specify scope, deliverables, timelines and payment terms.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client or user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and timely information required for project execution
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule
• Not share confidential project materials with third parties without our consent
• Use our platforms and services only for lawful purposes

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs and materials produced by BSurefy for a client project become the client's property upon full payment of all agreed fees. Until full payment is received, BSurefy retains ownership of all deliverables.

All website content, branding, logos and materials related to BSurefy and Lagnya remain the exclusive intellectual property of BSurefy Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms for each project are specified in the individual service agreement
• Typically, projects require 50% advance payment to commence work
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery
• Delays in payment may result in delays to project timelines
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated

6. Limitation of Liability

BSurefy Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to use our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This obligation continues for 2 years after the completion of the project.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

9. Modifications

BSurefy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
