Delivery Policy

As a technology company, BSurefy Pvt. Ltd. delivers digital products and services — not physical goods. This policy explains how and when you can expect to receive our deliverables, and what timelines apply across our services.

1. Nature of Delivery

All deliverables from BSurefy are digital in nature. This includes:

  • Website and web application source code
  • Mobile app builds (APK for Android, IPA for iOS)
  • Software packages and documentation
  • UI/UX design files (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar)
  • Graphic design assets (PNG, SVG, AI, PDF formats)
  • Edited video files (MP4 and other agreed formats)

There is no physical shipping involved. All deliverables are shared electronically.

2. Delivery Methods

Depending on the nature of the deliverable, we deliver via:

  • Live Deployment: Websites and web apps are deployed to the agreed hosting environment (client-provided or recommended hosting).
  • Private GitHub / Repository: Source code is shared via a private repository link.
  • Cloud Storage: Large files (videos, design assets, app builds) are shared via Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer.
  • Email: Smaller files and documents are delivered directly to the client's registered email address.
  • WhatsApp / Direct Communication: Quick updates and interim deliverables during active projects.

3. Delivery Timelines

Project timelines are mutually agreed upon at the start of each engagement and detailed in the project agreement. Typical delivery estimates are:

Website (5–10 pages)
2–4 weeks
Web Application (custom)
4–12 weeks depending on complexity
Mobile App (Android/iOS)
6–16 weeks depending on features
Software Development
As per project scope and agreement
UI/UX Design
1–3 weeks
Graphic Design (logo, branding)
3–7 business days
Video Editing
2–5 business days per video

* Timelines begin after receipt of full project brief, required content/assets, and initial advance payment. Delays caused by client-side feedback or content gaps may extend timelines.

4. Delivery Milestones

For larger projects, we follow a milestone-based delivery approach:

  1. Milestone 1: Design mockups / wireframes for review and approval
  2. Milestone 2: Development build shared for testing (staging environment)
  3. Milestone 3: Revisions incorporated and final testing
  4. Milestone 4: Final delivery and handover (upon clearance of all dues)

5. Post-Delivery Support

All projects include a 30-day post-delivery support period during which we address bugs, errors or issues directly caused by our work — at no additional charge. This does not cover new feature requests, content changes or third-party platform issues.

6. Lagnya Platform

Lagnya is a digital platform — access is provided immediately upon onboarding completion. There is no physical delivery component. Vendor listings go live within 1–3 business days of submission and approval. Any delays in approval will be communicated via email.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

In the unlikely event of delays due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions, etc.), we will notify you promptly and work to minimise any impact on your project timeline.
